When Shaip Asani and Nicolas Montigny took over the running of Le Boussinois, they were keen to create a place where people could come together and share good times, for all the residents of the village of Boussens and the surrounding area. That is why they serve simple, generous and seasonal dishes in a warm and historic setting.
