Events

To mark ‘Semaine du Goût’, the Echallens Mill is hosting a number of events centred around local craftsmanship.

Join Christophe Bal-Blanc, baker and ‘Chevalier du Bon Pain’, in his bakery in Bercher to learn how to make delicious plaited bread and shortbread.

Prices and dates:
6 places per session | 20 CHF per person, payment to be made on the day only
on 17 and 24 September, from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on both days.
