Enjoy an authentic and delicious experience in the heart of the region!
From 1 to 17 July 2026, 3 artisans cheese dairies in the region will open their doors to you. Take a look behind the scenes of cheese making and end this shared moment with a delicious tasting.

Participating cheese dairies: Le Brigand du Jorat (St-Cierges), Haut-Jorat (Peney-le-Jorat), Penthéréaz.

On the programme:
- guided tour of the cheese dairy (in French only)
- Tasting of local products
- A piece of cheese is offered.

Single rate :
Ages 12 and up: CHF 12.–
Ages 5 to 12: CHF 5.-
Free for children under 5
