At the Petite Auberge

Located in Bioley-Magnoux, À La Petite Auberge is a true institution in the Gros-de-Vaud region, passionately taken over by Guy Chanel and Vincent ‘Winch’ Meuwly. Despite the challenging circumstances surrounding their reopening in 2020, they have managed to preserve the spirit and reputation of the establishment, built up over more than twenty years.

Their cuisine showcases local produce, in a resolutely locavore and authentic spirit. Both front of house and in the kitchen, their dedication is evident in every detail and every interaction with guests. The dishes on offer respectfully reinterpret traditional recipes, whilst showcasing the flavours of the local region.

Among the must-try dishes are regional specialities as well as refined dishes inspired by Lake Geneva. A warm, welcoming atmosphere, generous portions and high quality make this inn an unmissable stop for discovering the cuisine of the Vaud hinterland.
