A warm welcome to ‘ Le Cerf’ in St-Cierges ! Enjoy a delightful culinary experience in a cosy atmosphere, where even the table decorations are created in-house.

The head chef, Mr Mercier, offers you authentic and refined cuisine consisting exclusively of home-made dishes. From the sauce bases right through to the sorbets and other desserts, everything is prepared by the head chef himself to delight your palate.

The restaurant’s head chef was fortunate enough to hone his culinary skills in renowned restaurants such as Carlo Crisci’s “Restaurant du Cerf” and “La Veveyse de Ribette” in Saint-Légier.
