The bread ovens of our region: a panorama of heritage and living traditions
From 2 October 2025 to 31 December 2027
The Swiss Wheat and Bread Museum presents its new temporary exhibition dedicated to the bread ovens of the Gros de Vaud!
Through a series of thematic panels, discover the history, sociology and technical aspects of these ovens, as well as the work of the region's associations that are committed to preserving this heritage and keeping traditions alive today.

Visits are possible during the museum 's usual opening hours
Tuesday to Sunday - 10:00 to 16:00 - last admission at 15:00.
Tickets can be purchased at the Echallens Tourist Office.
