Following the great success of the 2022 event, a new competition for raisinée chefs is being organised to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Association of the Old Four of Poliez-le-Grand:

Join us on 3, 4 and 5 October for the Coupe du Monde de la Raisinée, which will bring together some fifty teams of cooks!

For the uninitiated: Raisinée (also known as vino cotto) is a Swiss culinary speciality traditionally prepared in autumn. The juice from apples and pears is cooked in large pots over a wood fire for several hours. The concentrated juice is used as a base for delicious grape tarts and other desserts.

The programme for this festive weekend includes
- competition for the best grape (cooked over the weekend)
- wine cellar, snack bar and grape area
- dinner show and brunch
- market of local products
- entertainment and music
- raffle
- exhibition of vintage tractors
